Abstract
There are organizations that present problems in the coordination of processes allows the transformation of raw materials and intermediate products and finished services that are offered and distributed to meet consumer demand; is why we propose a model devised for synchronizing the supply chain, using various tools that depart from strategic planning through implementation of strategies through process reengineering and benchmarking, taking into account standards, policies and information technology and communication, aimed at achieving world-class logistics, addressed to the continuous improvement and root them on employees through organizational culture of the company business.
