ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FOR A CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AS A GUIDELINE FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE “LA FEDERATION” PARK LOCATED IN BARINAS STATE, VENEZUEL

Abstract
This article presents the architectural design of a museum exclusively dedicated to children, as a guideline for the rehabilitation of “La Federación” Park located on 23 de Janeiro Avenue in the Barinas municipality, Barinas state. The architectural proposal proposes the inclusion of spaces suitable for this purpose, integrating the physical, logistical and organizational part, as well as contributing to the progress of the area and, in general, to the cultural advancement of it and the country, as well as the achievement in children of significant learning due to the motivation and curiosity they experience to learn new and important things for their good development, which also includes environmental conservation. The proposal is framed in the modality of a feasible project, based on descriptive and projective field research, and the results obtained reveal the positive impact that a museum of this nature has on children’s learning and their attitude towards sustainability.
