Abstract

This article presents the architectural design of a museum exclusively dedicated  to children, as a guideline for the rehabilitation of “La Federación” Park located on  23 de Janeiro Avenue in the Barinas municipality, Barinas state. The architectural  proposal proposes the inclusion of spaces suitable for this purpose, integrating the  physical, logistical and organizational part, as well as contributing to the progress  of the area and, in general, to the cultural advancement of it and the country, as  well as the achievement in children of significant learning due to the motivation  and curiosity they experience to learn new and important things for their good  development, which also includes environmental conservation. The proposal is  framed in the modality of a feasible project, based on descriptive and projective  field research, and the results obtained reveal the positive impact that a museum  of this nature has on children’s learning and their attitude towards sustainability.
