Main Article Content
Abstract
knowledge management and technological competences in the students of the educational institutions of the “José Ramón Yépez” parish of “Jesús Enrique Lossada” municipality. Theoretically, it was based on authors such as Briceño et al. (2011); Cabello et al (2004); Asinsten (2007); Shock (2009); Donadello (2010); Peluffo et al (2002). The research is presented as a descriptive study with a level of correlation and prospective research, of non-experimental field design of transectional-correlational nature. The population was represented by 3,065 students from three institutions whose sample was 97 participants with an error E ˄ 2 = 10. The technique used is observation by survey; with a dichotomous instrument with Yes or No answer options with 44 items, which was validated by six experts, the reliability was marked by the Kuder-Richardson method, obtaining as a result 0.93, representing a high confidence. The results show that the levels of knowledge and experience are low in both cases, as far as the stages are low in the shared use and in the use, but in the development of knowledge in high in the students. Regarding the basict technological competences, the results showed that the versions were developed. In conclusion there is a very high positive correlation or almost perfect relationship between the variables studied, with a shared variability percentage of 94% between the variables. However, the results can be put in practice in the established guidelines for the optimization of knowledge management in favor of the development of technological competences in students.
