GRADUATE POSITION IN VENEZUELA

Abstract
This paper purpose is to present an overview about position the graduate in Venezuela, from the last five years; its development has been based on dissertations of recognized writers as Morles, Navarro and Cordova, among others, as well as inter-on experience and insights of the author, as product of a pedagogical experience on certain level of Venezuelan universities, such as the Experimental Libertador Pedagogical University, Universidad Santa María, propitiating to visualize a fairly accurate view of reality, referring to graduate: its precarious relation with problems, demands and social needs; presence of closed subjects, without association with each other nor any project or research line ,limiting research aimed to achievement of the thesis; tutors with deficiencies of knowledge, skills, attitudes and time for complying his responsibility of his advisory role; obstacles for attending events and perform publications; absence of lines and research centers. Presenting as final reflections, that the country's challenges require studies of fourth level, aligned to a new organization, to overcome their problems and contribute to national scientific, humanistic, technological and national social development.
